Website Development & Design T&C:
- Helioster acknowledges that the Client is entitled to alter the work within the predetermined time limit and that Helioster will work with the Client to revise and review the work before to publication.
- You will be given the URL of the site so that you can check the progress of your website anytime and anywhere.
- Website Design Packages should be chosen as per the layout and graphics you want on your website.
- The client is solely responsible for describing the detailed structure, number of pages required, and other relevant terms and conditions.
- Client agrees to supply the Helioster with satisfactory photography or imagery to use in the design.
- Delivery of the website will be between 3-10 days, the day count will begin from the day the full amount is cleared & all content has been received mentioned in the pre-requisite.
- The client is responsible for obtaining and buying a domain name. Helioster may at its discretion instruct the Client on suitable names.
- Client hereby admits that Helioster is not accountable for any errors, grammatical or otherwise found in the material provided by the client.
- Helioster agrees to resolve any errors or implement revisions requested by the Client. The client agrees that a maximum of three revisions are available(depending on the package). Major changes in design won’t be done in revisions.
- Client acknowledges that any change requests after final approval have been given to Helioster or after the website is live will be charged. Helioster will not begin work on the following change requests until full payment has been received.
- Client admits that Helioster will add a “Web Design” by “Helioster” link to the footnote section of each website they work on. This is the branding of Helioster and to eliminate it will charge.
- Due to business nature, Helioster will not be liable if your website got hacked, lost rankings or errors etc.
- Helioster won’t accept any cancellations for website development or digital marketing project if the team of Helioster has started work.
- Once the website is live then paid support will be provided at the rate of $10/Hr+taxes.
Social Media Marketing T&C:
- Helioster acknowledges that the Client is entitled to alter the work within the predetermined time limit and that Helioster will work with the Client to revise and review the work before to publication.
- The SMM Results will take around 2-3 months time to get more traffic, leads, and sales for your business.
- The client is solely responsible for describing the detailed structure and other relevant terms and conditions.
- Client agrees to supply the Helioster with satisfactory photography or imagery to use in the design.
- Client hereby admits that Helioster is not accountable for any errors, grammatical or otherwise found in the material provided by the client.
- Client admits that Helioster will add a “Web Design” by “Helioster” link to the Header section of Pages. This is the branding of Helioster and to eliminate it will charge.
- Due to business nature, Helioster will not be liable if your website got hacked, lost rankings or errors etc.
Search Engine Optimisation T&C:
- Helioster acknowledges that the Client is entitled to alter the work within the predetermined time limit and that Helioster will work with the Client to revise and review the work before to publication.
- The SEO Results will take around 2-3 months time to achieve the spot in search engine results pages and get more traffic, leads, and sales for your business.
- Client is solely responsible for describing the detailed structure and other relevant terms and conditions.
- Client agrees to supply the Helioster with satisfactory photography or imagery to use in the design.
- Client hereby admits that Helioster is not accountable for any errors, grammatical or otherwise found in the material provided by the client.
- Due to business nature, Helioster will not be liable if your website got hacked, lost rankings or errors etc.
